Requirements for admission to the Aviation Management Program include:

  • Proof of high school graduation or the equivalent, and
  • Current Second or First Class Medical Certificate (Aviation Medical Certificate is not required for non-flying students.)

Students applying for admissions to the Aviation Science Management Program must possess either a Second or First Class Medical Certificate. (Aviation Medical Certificate is not required for non-flying students.) North Shore Community College will require a copy of your medical certificate be submitted prior to final acceptance to the program. Medical examinations can be obtained through any FAA approved Aviation Medical Examiner (AME).  A listing of local AMEs is below and also available at this website www.faa.gov.
