Corporate Training Solutions (CTS)

The Corporate Training Solutions, headquartered on our Danvers Campus, designs and delivers learning solutions for all types of businesses.

CTS learning specialists are industry experts that take the time to understand each clients business requirements, mission, and culture, before developing customized training solutions.


Workforce Training Fund Grants

Working with businesses to help them write workforce training fund grants is one of many ways that we collaborate with area companies. New initiatives that train workers and develop their skills sometimes need the financial support of the government.

The staff of the Corporate Training Solutions has helped area businesses receive over one million dollars in workforce training fund money to train area employees.



"Management and leadership skills acquired through the Corporate Training Solutions at North Shore Community College played a key role in the promotion of six employees. Three of the promoted employees were moved from staff to management positions, and the other three, who were already managers, were promoted to higher-level management positions.

The promotions of these three managers afford our organization the opportunity not to fill three lower level management positions, thus saving the company approximately $30,000 annually.

This cost savings allowed us to put in place a much-needed senior, strategic role for our organization."
