Transcript Requests

Students and alumni of NSCC may request their academic transcript and replacement diplomas or certificates via our Parchment Storefront. Students who took college courses at NSCC as part of the Early College/Dual Enrollment program can also obtain a transcript of their college courses via the Parchment Storefront. Please note there is a cost to process transcripts and replacement diplomas. Effective January 6, 2025, sales tax will also be automatically applied to requests when applicable, based on several factors (for example: type of credential, delivery method, destination, etc.).

If you are a current or recent NSCC student who has a valid MyNorthShore login, you can access the North Shore Community College page on the Parchment Storefront via MyNorthShore.

  1. Log in to MyNorthShore.

  2. Search for “Transcript Request” and then select the tile.

  3. This brings you to the Parchment Storefront.

    • If you already have a Parchment account, you will be logged in automatically and you can place your order.

    • If you do not have a Parchment account, you will be prompted to create one.

      • Create the Parchment account using your MyNorthShore email address.

      • Follow all additional prompts to complete the account setup and verification process.

  4. Place your order (detailed instruction are below).

Detailed Instructions to Place an Order

  1. Log in to MyNorthShore and access Parchment as described above.

  2. On the Available Credentials page, select the applicable transcript type:

    • Transcript

    • Replacement Diploma

    • Replacement Certificate

  3. Set the Delivery Destination:

    • If sending to a college or organization, use the search bar to find it.

      • Select the college you want from the search results. A delivery method is automatically chosen for you.

      • If you can't find the college you want in the search results, click Enter Your Own. Select the Delivery Method (Electronic or Print & Mailed) and then enter the email address or mailing address for the recipient.

    • If sending to yourself or a specific individual, click I’m sending to myself or another individual. Select the Delivery Method (Electronic or Print & Mailed) and then enter the email address or mailing address for the recipient.

  4. Confirm your order details and choose when to send the order. You can request the transcript to be sent now, to hold for grades, or to hold for degree.

  5. Provide your signature and Consent to Disclose:

    1. If your signature is not on file with Parchment, use your mouse or stylus to sign.

    2. Enter your name in the designated fields.

    3. Check the box to consent to the disclosure of your transcript.

  6. On the Order Summary page, review your order and then click Continue.

  7. Enter your payment information and click Submit Payment.

      An order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

If you are a former North Shore Community College student who no longer has a valid MyNorthShore login, you can order your transcript from the NSCC page on the Parchment Storefront.

  1. Go to the North Shore Community College page on the Parchment Storefront.

  2. On the Learner Account page enter your personal email address.

    • If you have an existing Parchment account, you will be prompted to enter your password (click Forgot Password if you need to reset your password).

    • If you do not have a Parchment account, you will be prompted to create one.

      • Create the account using your personal email address.

      • Follow all additional prompts to complete the account setup and verification process.

  3. On the Available Credentials page, select the applicable transcript type:

    • Transcript

    • Replacement Diploma

    • Replacement Certificate

  4. Set the Delivery Destination:

    • If sending to a college or organization, use the search bar to find it.

      • Select the college you want from the search results. A delivery method is automatically chosen for you.

The former Essex Agricultural & Technical Institute (Essex Aggie) closed in 1999. All post-secondary programs offered by the Aggie were transferred to the administration and management of North Shore Community College.

Alumni of the Essex Aggie who graduated or took courses in the year 1999 or earlier can obtain their transcripts or diplomas by completing and signing the appropriate form below and then sending it to the Office of the Registrar via email or postal mail (addresses are listed on the form).
