Students and alumni may request their academic transcript and replacement diplomas via our Parchment Storefront. Students who took college courses at North Shore Community College as part of the Early College/Dual Enrollment program can also obtain a transcript of their college courses via the Parchment Storefront. Please note there is a cost to process transcripts and replacement diplomas.

NOTE: For alumni of the Essex Agricultural & Technical Institute (Essex Aggie) who graduated or took courses in the year 1999 or earlier, your transcripts/diplomas are not available through Parchment. Instead, please complete and sign the appropriate form below and then send it to the Office of the Registrar via email or postal mail (addresses are listed on the form).
