FAFSA/MASFA Appointments by Zoom

You can now schedule an appointment to complete your FAFSA with the help of a Student Financial Services staff member through a live video appointment! We can assist you throughout the entire process.

Please be sure to have all information listed below ready for your appointment. 

  • Obtain an FSA User ID 
  • Your 2024 Federal Tax Return (for Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 courses)
  • Your 2023 Federal Tax Return (for Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026 courses)
  • Social Security Number
  • Document proving your eligibility for Federal Student Aid, if you are a non-U.S. citizen.
  • Alien Registration number or Permanent Residency Card (if applicable)
  • Any information about investments or assets.

If you are under the age of 24, unmarried, and do not have any children, we will need additional information from your parent(s):

  • Obtain an FSA User ID for your parent
  • Your 2024 Federal Tax Return (for Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027 courses)
  • Your 2023 Federal Tax Return (for Fall 2025, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026 courses)
  • Parent contributor's email address, full name, date of birth, and Social Security number (if applicable) if completing the 2025/2026 application.
  • Parent contributor's email address only, if completing the 2026/2027 application. 
  • Any information about investments or assets.
