The Essential Skills for Leaders Academy is a dynamic five-week course designed to equip both new leaders and experienced managers with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their current and future leadership roles. This engaging program combines lectures with collaborative activities, offering insights from both the instructor and fellow participants. Classes will include discussions, surveys, worksheets, role-playing exercises, case studies, and video support, creating an interactive learning environment.
The course will take place on Wednesdays from April 30th to May 28th (2:00 PM - 4:30 PM) at our Lynn Campus. For more information download the Participant Fact Sheet.

Grant-Funded Assistance
Essential Skills for Leaders is approved under the Express Grant, funded by the Massachusetts' Workforce Training Fund and administered by Commonwealth Corporation. The Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) will reimburse up to 100% of training costs for businesses with under 100 employees. To be eligible for reimbursement, per WTFP guidelines, the Express Grant application must be completed by: Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
