Thinking about a career in law? NSCC’s Paralegal Certificate program prepares you to assist with legal research, writing, document preparation, and litigation. Prepare to work with banks, insurance companies, real estate companies, law offices, and, local state, and federal government legal departments. Already have an associate or bachelor’s degree? This program provides career education, professional skills and a credential for students with either an associate's or baccalaureate degree. Paralegals may not provide legal services directly to the public, except as permitted by law.

 

Free Community College

Massachusetts allows all residents without a bachelor’s degree to attend North Shore Community College for free.

No tuition. No fees. Both programs include an allowance for books and supplies for certain students.
