Experiential Education and Internship Program
Students in many NSCC academic degree and certificate programs can take advantage of internship opportunities through the Experiential Education and Internship Program (ITR200). The internship program is a 2-credit course in which students participate in a 120-hour internship experience over a semester, typically 10-15 hours per week, in a work environment related to their program of study and career goals. Internships are completed under the guidance of an on-site supervisor, ITR200 instructor and internship coordinator who, in combination with the student, create a framework for learning and reflection to enrich the student educational experience.
When to begin the enrollment process and who to contact?
